Essential Responsibilities		Responsibilities Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-powered IT environments Work on premises and online to identify and fix urgent and ongoing problems related to availability, security, capacity, accessibility, and general functionality Deploy, setup and debug apps hosted on Windows Servers Deploy, setup Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktops and notebooks Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS Design information technology topologies including virtualized environments and on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid cloud models Maintain and manage Microsoft Outlook client with back office Exchange Server, MS Office and Office 365, telephony, and Internet access Design and implement updates to MS desktop OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Develop and test security policies such as on-premises high availability, resilience, backups and AV plus offsite or cloud-based disaster recovery Robust system design and proactive health monitoring
