Essential Activities		Responsibilities Support and repair Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-based IT environments Operate onsite and online to identify and resolve both urgent and lingering problems associated with reliability, protection, capacity, connectivity, and general functionality Deploy, configure and debug applications hosted on Windows Servers Install, setup Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS Design information technology topologies including virtualized infrastructures and on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid cloud models Support and manage Microsoft Outlook client with back office Exchange Server, MS Office suite, telephony, and Internet connectivity Design and implement updates to Microsoft desktop operating system, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Develop and test security policies including onsite high availability, resilience, backup/restore and AV as well as remote or cloud-based disaster recovery Efficient system design and proactive health monitoring
