    Essential Activities
    Responsibilities
    • Support and repair Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-based IT environments
    • Operate onsite and remotely to identify and fix both urgent and ongoing problems related to reliability, protection, performance, connectivity, and general productivity
    • Deploy, setup and troubleshoot apps hosted on Windows Servers
    • Install, configure Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktop PCs and laptops
    • Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
    • Design information technology topologies including virtualized environments and on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid cloud designs
    • Support and manage Microsoft Outlook client with back office Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Office and Office 365, telephony, and Internet access
    • Design and implement upgrades to MS desktop operating system, Windows Server, AD, and Exchange
    • Develop and test protection policies such as on-premises high availability, fault tolerance, backup/restore and AV plus remote or cloud-centric disaster recovery
    • Efficient network architecture and proactive health monitoring and alerting

    Minimum Work Experience Requirements
    • 10+ years' experience in PC, server administration and network Infrastructure support (new software installation, device setup, problem isolation and resolution)
    • 5+ years consulting experience
    • Ability to debug software application issues including desktop PC software compatibility problems, server issues, data service problems, and access issues
    • Experience in business productivity application assistance (Microsoft product family)
    • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a virtual office environment, providing reliable follow-up and taking advantage online access and wireless communication tools
    • Works independently and demonstrates strong sense of responsibility and drive
    • Possess a working knowledge of network layers L1-L7 and strong troubleshooting skills in layers 1 through 4
