    • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-based IT environments
    • Operate onsite and online to identify and fix urgent and ongoing problems associated with availability, protection, performance, accessibility, and overall productivity
    • Install, configure and troubleshoot apps on Microsoft Windows Servers
    • Install, setup Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktops and notebooks
    • Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
    • Design IT topologies including virtualized environments and on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid cloud designs
    • Support and administer MS Outlook client with back office Exchange, MS Office suite, telephony, and Internet access
    • Design and implement updates to MS desktop OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Server
    • Design and test security policies including onsite high availability, fault tolerance, backups and anti-virus as well as offsite or cloud-based disaster recovery
    • Efficient network architecture and proactive server monitoring and alerting

    Experience/
    Schooling

    Minimum Work Experience Requirements
    • 10+ years' background in desktop, server management and IT Infrastructure support (new software deployment, device setup, problem isolation and resolution)
    • 5+ years consulting background
    • Ability to troubleshoot application issues such as workstation software compatibility issues, server issues, data service problems, and connectivity problems
    • Experience in business software support (Microsoft products)
    • Proven ability to operate effectively in a virtual office environment, delivering consistent follow-up and taking advantage online access and wireless communication technology
    • Works independently and shows strong sense of responsibility and drive
    • Possess a working knowledge of networking layers 1 through 7 and excellent debugging capabilities in L1-L4
    Credentials Required
    Current Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and/or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP:EA)
