    Essential Responsibilities
    Activities
    • Support and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016, 2012, 2008-powered IT environments
    • Operate onsite and online to analyze and fix urgent and ongoing issues associated with availability, protection, performance, connectivity, and overall productivity
    • Deploy, setup and troubleshoot apps hosted on Windows Servers
    • Deploy, setup Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 desktop PCs and laptops
    • Configure and analyze a variety of network services and applications including AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, DFS & NTFRS
    • Design IT topologies including virtualized environments and private/dedicated/hybrid cloud models
    • Maintain and administer Microsoft Outlook client with back office Exchange, MS Office and Office 365, telephony, and Internet access
    • Design and implement upgrades to Microsoft desktop OS, Windows Server, AD, and Microsoft Exchange
    • Develop and test security policies including onsite high availability, fault tolerance, backup/restore and AV as well as remote or cloud-centric disaster recovery
    • Robust network architecture and 24x7 health monitoring and alerting

    Minimum Work Experience Requirements
    • 10+ years' experience in desktop, server management and network Infrastructure support (new software installation, machine provisioning, problem identification and resolution)
    • 5+ years consulting experience
    • Ability to troubleshoot application problems such as desktop PC software compatibility problems, server problems, data service issues, and connectivity issues
    • Experience in business application assistance (Microsoft products)
    • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a virtual office setting, delivering reliable follow-through and using online access and wireless connectivity technology
    • Operates independently and shows strong sense of ownership and drive
    • Possess a reasonable understanding of networking layers L1-L7 and strong debugging skills in L1-L4
